Samurai experience for groups, dressed in authentic costumes
This is a samurai experience where you will change into traditional Japanese clothing.
We offer on-site samurai experiences for groups who wish to participate in the experience.
You will change into samurai clothing (jacket, obi, and hakama) and enjoy a samurai experience using a sword.
Explanations will be given in English, so foreign visitors and international students can enjoy the samurai experience.
- Content
- Starting with basic knowledge of the samurai, you will learn the movements necessary to use a sword.
– Changing Costumes: You will change into a jacket, obi, and hakama (larger sizes available for taller foreigners).
– Basic Samurai Knowledge: What is the status of a samurai? We will also explain swords.
– Rising Bow: Instead of sitting in seiza, you will perform a standing bow.
– Basic Sword Manners: You will be taught the basic sword stance, slashing technique, and how to draw and sheathe the sword.
– Practice: The sword practice will be tailored depending on the number of people in your group.
– Commemorative Photo: A commemorative photo will be taken of everyone dressed in samurai attire.

- Experience time (including changing clothes and taking commemorative photos): Approximately 90 minutes
- Fee
- Experience fee: Starting from 140,000 yen (excluding tax), 7,000 yen per person (excluding tax) for groups of 20 or more.
Venue fee: Varies depending on the number of participants and the season. 30,000-50,000 yen.
Payment is generally required in advance.
Other: Accommodation and transportation fees not included.

- Cancellation

Cancellation fees will be applied according to the number of days between the date of the show and the date when the office has received the cancellation confirmation email.

Cancellation fee varies depending on the day when your cancellation is completed.
●31 days before the show date: No cancellation fees will be applied.
●Between 30 and 10 days before the show date: A cancellation fee of 80% will be applied.
●Between 14 and The show date: A cancellation fee of 100% will be applied.
